- More than ten (10+) years Construction Progress Inspector. Completed in excess of 10,000 inspections, primarily in the Nashville MSA
- At the peak of the housing boom (2006) he was performing more than 500 inspections per month
- Residential construction industry market research in the Memphis MSA as a self-employed contract researcher for 15 years (1997-2012)

- Rhodes College - BS in Business Administration
- Licensed as an Affiliate Broker by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission in 2006
- Licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission in 2007
